2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due as specified in your booking confirmation. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as indicated on our website. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice, although confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes. SafariSphere Adventures utilizes secure payment gateways to ensure the safety of your financial information.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 60 days before departure: Full refund less 10% administration fee.
- 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.
4. Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. SafariSphere Adventures is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to lack of adequate travel insurance.
5. Liability
SafariSphere Adventures acts only as an agent for hotels, transportation providers, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by you or your property while participating in our tours, except in cases of gross negligence on our part. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in our tours.
Please be aware that some tours may involve physical activity and exposure to wildlife. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and adequately prepared for the activities involved. Follow all instructions given by our guides and adhere to safety precautions at all times.
6. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the participation of any Client whose conduct is disruptive, offensive, or poses a threat to the safety and well-being of others. No refunds will be given in such cases.

14. Force Majeure
SafariSphere Adventures shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
