We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by you or your property while participating in our tours, except in cases of gross negligence on our part. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in our tours.

Please be aware that some tours may involve physical activity and exposure to wildlife. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and adequately prepared for the activities involved. Follow all instructions given by our guides and adhere to safety precautions at all times.
